5. Category Selection & Paid Categories

5.1 Accurate Category Requirement

Users must select the exact or closest relevant category for their listing. Misclassification to gain free placement or avoid fees is prohibited.

5.2 Paid Category Enforcement

Some categories require a listing fee. If a listing belongs to a paid category but is submitted under a free category:

• The listing will not go live

• The user must update the category and pay the required fee

• The listing will remain pending until compliance

5.3 No Circumvention

Attempts to avoid paid categories through misleading titles, descriptions, or category selection violate these Terms.

5.4 Administrative Action

We may reassign categories, remove listings, require payment, or suspend accounts. No refunds will be issued for enforcement actions.

5.5 Final Determination

All category decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final.

6. Listing Review & Moderation

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to review, approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at any time without notice.

7. Payments & Billing

• All fees are clearly disclosed at checkout

• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)

• We do not store full payment details

• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy

8. Refund Policy

All listing fees are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Removal due to policy violations

• Category misclassification

• User error

• Listing expiration

Refunds may be issued only at our sole discretion where legally required.

9. Report a Listing

Users may report listings they believe violate these Terms. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action. Reporting does not guarantee removal.
