We act solely as a listing platform and are not a broker, agent, intermediary, or party to any transaction between users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website. By using the Website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. User Accounts
To submit listings, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

4. Listings & User Content
4.1 User Responsibility

4.2 Prohibited Content
Listings must not:
Be illegal, misleading, or fraudulent

Contain malware, spam, or malicious links
5. Categories & Listing Fees
5.1 Category Accuracy
Users must select the most accurate category for their listing (Business for Sale or Real Estate, including the correct subcategory and location).
Misclassification for any reason is prohibited.
5.2 Listing Fees
All listings on ArmenianListingsUSA.com require a one-time listing fee.
Fees are clearly displayed before submission.
Listings submitted without completed payment will not be published.
5.3 No Circumvention
Attempts to avoid fees through misleading titles, descriptions, or incorrect category selection violate these Terms.
5.4 Administrative Action
We reserve the right to reassign categories, require additional payment, remove listings, or suspend accounts at our discretion.
No refunds will be issued for enforcement actions.
5.5 Final Determination
All category, pricing, and moderation decisions are final and made at our sole discretion.
6. Listing Review & Moderation
We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to review, approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at any time, with or without notice.
7. Payments & Billing
All fees are disclosed prior to submission
Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
We do not store full payment information
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy
8. Refund Policy
All listing fees are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Removal due to policy violations
Category misclassification
User error
Listing expiration
Refunds may be issued only at our sole discretion where legally required.
9. Reporting Listings
Users may report listings believed to violate these Terms. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action. Reporting does not guarantee removal.
